Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if not yet processed. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products.
• Perishable or health-related items cannot be returned once opened unless defective or damaged.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer except in case of our error.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–15 business days after product inspection and approval.

• Used or opened products.
• Products damaged due to customer handling.
